    We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead our production process. Key responsibilities include:

    • Management and supervision of the production process ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout its execution.
    • Leadership of the production workforce (direct and indirect) with a focus on skill matrix and training needs.
    • Organization of production resources and definition of resource requirements.
    • Monitoring of production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
    • Implementation of quality-control programs and monitoring of standards.
    • Realization of plant targets in terms of safety, quality, service level and efficiency in liaison with other departments.
    • Autonomous Management or Workplace Organization leadership within World Class Manufacturing organization.
    • Organization of repair and routine maintenance/cleaning of production equipment performed by production workforce.
    • Leadership, supervision and motivation of production workforce.

    To succeed in this role you will need:

    • An engineering degree and experience of 3-5 years in similar roles in manufacturing companies.
    • Distinctiveness in people management, team working and coaching/motivation.
    • Production Management toolkit including daily production meetings, reporting, problem solving, skill matrix management, 5S and autonomous maintenance.
    • Good knowledge and experience of Safety and Environment concepts applied to production processes.
    • Basics of cost and performance accounting and World Class Manufacturing approaches.
    • Basic knowledge of core production processes like metal stamping, welding, enameling, painting, polyurethane injection, assembly and automation.
    • Basic knowledge of Time & Method studies methodologies.
    • Robustness in analytics, problem solving, planning, time and deadlines management, stress management and fast decision-making, communication and entrepreneurial mindset.
