About us
Burnt was founded in the summer of 2018 by Pierre & Andriana Cronje.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Ascertain customers' needs and wants.
  • Welcome and greet customers.
  • Informing customers about sales, promotions, and policies.
  • Recommend and display the items to the customers according to their taste and style.
  • Maintain the quality of services provided to the customers.
  • Maintain friendly and good relations with the customers.
  • Manage pointofsale processes.
  • Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
  • Keep up to date with product information.
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful manner.
  • Provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a fully stocked store.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store.
  • Receiving, unpacking, and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors.
  • Arranging and labeling goods in the display shelves.
  • Pricing, labeling, and barcoding when needed.

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven working experience in retail sales.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
  • Basic administration skills.
  • Good physical endurance.
  • Own transport to the Sandton store is required.
