    Job Description:

    We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team in a fully remote work-from-home environment.

    The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and English, with excellent computer literacy and technical skills. They will assist passengers with pre- and post-flight travel-related queries, work on airline reservations systems, and handle voice calls and written correspondence in both languages.

    Fully paid product and systems training will be provided. The selected candidate will interact daily with international passengers, addressing their queries and compliments while meeting specific key performance indicators and client service levels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist passengers with pre- and post-flight travel-related queries in Italian and English
    • Work on airline reservations systems
    • Handle voice calls and written correspondence in Italian and English
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels

    Requirements:

    • Native level fluency in Italian language (Advanced level may be considered)
    • Excellent computer literacy and technical skills
    • No criminal record
    • Flexibility to work shifts
    • Previous customer service experience preferred

    Working Conditions:

    • Fully remote work-from-home environment
    • Rotational shifts including Saturdays and Sundays
    • Shift hours: 10:00-18:30 or 11:00-20:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:30 on Saturdays

    Benefits:

    • Full-time, permanent contract
    • 40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day
    • R190,000 CTC per annum
    • Health insurance benefit
