We are looking for experienced Debt Review / Debt Counselling customer care consultants to join our fast-growing call centre sales team based in the La Lucia.

ONLY PEOPLE WITH DEBT REVIEW / DEBT COUNSELLING EXPERIENCE QUALIFY for the interview for this amazing opportunity to join our growing team.

With the number of consumers seeking Debt Review / Debt Counselling assistance; we want only the best to join our team during this time of growth.

Responsibilities:

Engage in telephonic conversations with prospective clients.
Educate clients about financial wellbeing options under the Debt review program.
Handle sales objections.

Non-negotiable Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience working as a Debt Review / Debt Counselling customer care agent _
(If you do not have this then please, do not apply)_._
You must be a team player with an excellent demeanour and be selfmanaged.
Must have an excellent command of the English language (additional South African languages are a big bonus since we're looking for English speakers, Afrikaans speakers, isiZulu speakers, isiXhosa speakers, Sesotho, etc.)
Must have a good understanding of basic computer skills.
Excellent people skills and telephone etiquette.

Personality:

Must be confident and outspoken with high energy levels.
Must have an open mind that is ready for the task at hand as well as possible growth.
Must be focused and goaldriven.

Job type:

Fulltime
Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:30pm, one compulsory Saturday and one target dependent Saturday 09am to 1pm.
