    Description

    Job Title: Asphalt Paving Team Lead

    We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead our asphalt paving team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

    About the Role:

    This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional with expertise in asphalt construction and team management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead asphalt paving teams in executing projects efficiently
    • Maintain knowledge of asphalt plants and machinery
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
    • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
    • 5-8 years of experience in Civil Construction industry
    • Proven track record of successfully leading asphalt paving teams
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
    • Valid driver's license and own transportation

    Location:

    Cape Town, Western Cape

    Salary Range:

    R600,000 - R900,000 per annum
