Job Context:


Servest Office Services, a division of the Servest Group has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to joint the Sales team.

The position is based at the Midrand office, reporting to the Rental Sales Manager.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Matric / Grade 1
  • Sales and Marketing qualification
  • 25 years experience in sales administration
  • Computer Skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in a hygiene environment would be an advantage

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Consolidating equipment forecast on a monthly basis
  • Tenders (completion / sourcing)
  • Tracking tender outcomes and follow ups
  • Leads to Business (new buildings, tenders)
  • NCRs (outright)
  • Tracking upcoming events
  • Calling clients post installation
  • Making appointments
  • Database registrations
  • Attend sales meetings & training
  • General sales admin
