Servest Office Services, a division of the Servest Group has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to joint the Sales team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 1
- Sales and Marketing qualification
- 25 years experience in sales administration
- Computer Skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience in a hygiene environment would be an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Consolidating equipment forecast on a monthly basis
- Tenders (completion / sourcing)
- Tracking tender outcomes and follow ups
- Leads to Business (new buildings, tenders)
- NCRs (outright)
- Tracking upcoming events
- Calling clients post installation
- Making appointments
- Database registrations
- Attend sales meetings & training
- General sales admin
