Description
This is a fast paced, constantly changing working environment where your high analytical and problem-solving skills will be optimized and where you can fully utilize your planning, staff and organisational management abilities in order to drive operations and service within the region.
This is not a large company, focused on mega sized projects but rather focusses on between small to medium projects, therefore, you will have a background in facilities or electrical contracting will be ideal.
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:
- You will have completed a Tertiary qualification in business, operations or be a trade tested Electrician, coupled with a minimum of 5 years experience in the management of technical/electrical service teams, ideally in a construction/electrical or facilities management.
- You will have a proven track record in operations planning, preparing estimates, costing of projects and ensuring the highest standards are delivered in terms of customer SLA's.
- You will have excellent communication skills, be an adept problem solver and be able to expertly manage between 810 small electrical teams for maintenance projects across Gauteng, Limpopo and North West
- You will be results driven, a natural people leader, organised, meticulous and have a high stress tolerance, able to thrive under pressure.
- You will have advanced Excel and MS Projects software proficiency
- Due to the level of trust required for this role, you will consent to a criminal and credit check, as well as provide contactable references
