- Deliver exceptional client service by addressing queries and providing administrative assistance to brokers.
- Source and compare quotes to ensure optimal solutions for clients.
- Verify the accuracy of policy schedules received from insurers and ensure all instructions are properly attended to.
- Process policy endorsements with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain rigorous SLAs, ensuring timely turnaround times.
- Follow up on outstanding processes, quotes, documents, and information to guarantee seamless operations.
- Matric certificate as minimum qualification.
- RE5 certification advantageous.
- NQF 5 qualification in Underwriting or Short Term Insurance advantageous.
- At least three years of experience as an Underwriter.
- Significant experience within the short-term insurance industry.
- Proven expertise in both domestic and commercial underwriting.
