    Description

    Work Integrated Learning Administrator

    The WIL Administrator plays a vital role in facilitating administrative tasks for the Work Integrated Learning Department within the School of Education at MANCOSA.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform general duties related to administration, including collating and filing minutes of meetings, hosting regional events, and providing training on administration procedures.
    • Collate and report on stakeholder and student queries, provide ongoing administration support to various stakeholders, and assist with sourcing and interviewing mentor assessors.
    • Review regional WIL schedules and school visits, build rapport with stakeholders, and develop relations with academics, students, school partners, and external stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • A degree or diploma in Administration or Education, preferably with experience in partnerships and collaboration with external stakeholders.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and email etiquette.
    • Possess high-level organizational skills, intermediate or advanced digital literacy skills, and ability to work under pressure.
