We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents specialising in both rental and sales transactions.

As a commission-based role, this position offers unlimited earning potential for ambitious and driven professionals.


Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential properties.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate prices, and facilitate transactions.
• Provide accurate and uptodate information about properties, market trends, and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable car for property visits and client meetings.
• Proficiency in using a cellphone and laptop for communication, research, and documentation purposes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and industry professionals.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills to secure profitable deals for clients.
• Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Must be selfmotivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
