  • Bachelors Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 7 (
    FOOD &

NUTRITIONAL SCIENCE / FOOD TECHNOLOGY / QUALITY)

  • MINIMUM 8 Years'
    MIDDLE MANAGEMENT work experience
within

FOOD MANUFACTURING environment

LABORATORY

  • Good understanding of
    PASTRY / RAW MATERIALS:
  • Computer Literate (MS Office / Word/ Excel / Outlook)
  • MINIMUM 3 Years' working experience on
    Computerised MRP

System is ESSENTIAL

  • Obtain Certificates COA & Halaal from Suppliers
  • Able to work with NPD in sourcing of pricing/minimum
quantities

  • Excellent proven knowledge of Storekeeping Practices and
Procedures

MUST have Valid Driver's License and Own reliable vehicle:

  • Excellent Communication skills (English)
  • Clean Criminal record
