    Key Responsibilities:



    • Drive business growth by expanding the customer base and maintaining existing relationships.

    • Offer expert product advice and technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met.

    • Address customer complaints and warranty claims in a timely and professional manner.

    • Develop and maintain a strong network of external clients, fostering a culture of mutual respect and trust.



    Qualifications and Experience:

    • National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.

    • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Auto-electrical engineering.

    • At least 4 years of experience in a similar sales role.



    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Extensive knowledge of battery technology and its applications.

    • Understanding of the automotive replacement parts market and its trends.

    • Familiarity with solar power systems and products is a plus.

    • Certified electrical qualification is advantageous.
