    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Consultant to join our team at Discovery Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients.

    Your primary responsibility will be to provide holistic and patient-centered assessments within the patients' own homes, formulating shared management plans with the patient. You will also ensure effective communication with medical teams regarding assessments and provide high-quality care to patients, including interventions such as intravenous therapies and nebulizers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
    • Provide education to patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet the patient's additional needs.
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Nursing, be registered with SANC, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the community or emergency (casualty)/urgent care setting as a Registered Nurse.

    In addition, you should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, be fully computer literate, and hold a valid Basic Life Support certification.
