Brief description of the vacancy:
Self-motivated and driven individual

Goal orientated

Minimum 2 years experience as a Financial Advisor

Must have RE5 and grade 12

Must have a clean ITC record

Must be able to sell and advise clients on Retirement, investment, and Risk planning.

Appointments will have access to Old Mutual Corporate and Old Mutual International.

Must have own transport and laptop,

Successful candidates will go through 2 months of training with the Old Mutual group( online training). Candidates will be paid a R training allowance for those two months.

Once all training is completed and the code has been activated- the advisor will work on a 100% commission structure.

First and second-year commissions and trail comms.

Option to sell short-term insurance to their clients at a 50% commission split

Various internal incentives

No desk fees are payable as long as minimum standards are met. (R20 000 per month averaged over a quarter)

Remote position although we meet every Friday to discuss and review plans for the following week.

Internal office administration assistance is provided.

Office space with wifi, printer, telephone lines, and stationery is provided.

Advisors do have access to a corporate golf membership at Serengeti Estate.

R1mil group life cover will be provided. No medical aid provided
