Role Overview

The Credit Champion (CC) is a key professional responsible for promoting Evolution Finance's (EF) offering to customers or prospective customers of buildware merchants.

As the primary liaison, the CC facilitates loan application processes by inputting application data into EF systems and uploading supporting documents such as payslips and bank statements.

The CC plays a vital role in enabling buildware merchants to provide better services and reach a broader customer base, ultimately driving their turnover and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate loan applications through effective promotion of EF's offering to customers or prospective customers.
• Manage application progress, outcomes, and merchant account setup for the acquisition of building materials.
• Develop strong relationships with EF applicants, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of queries.
• Promote EF's value proposition to buildware merchants, highlighting its benefits and advantages.

Requirements

1. Matric certificate; tertiary qualification advantageous.
2. Experience in sales environment beneficial.
3. Basic computer literacy essential.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills required.
