We as a credit repair company will "fix your credit" by
removing negative items from your credit report. We offer to file disputes on negative items on your behalf with the credit bureaus and get them removed.

We are looking for energetic individuals with outbound Call Centre sales experience.

Must have
one year experience in call centre.
Must be hard working individual.
Positive and driven.
Communication skills.
Adapt fast and is a quick thinker.
Team player.
Capability to handle pressure.
Problem solving abilities

Responsibilities / Duties

Manage large amount of outbound calls.
Follow communication scripts
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide alternative solutions.
Seize opportunity to upsell product when they arise.
Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database.
Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Securing sales by reaching out to clients through calls, correspondence.
They primarily offer services, assisting customers every step of the way to ensure client satisfaction.
