Key Outputs:


  • Confident, selfmotivated and driven to succeed.
  • Must have good communication skills and able to motivate staff.
  • Able to adapt to various environments when relieving and to take control in that environment in a short period of time.
  • Demonstrate customer care and staff management skills.

Key Requirements:


  • Be transferable and able to relieve stores in the region.
  • Have at least 3 years experience in a retail business, preferably in a sales environment
  • Must have a valid drivers' licence.
  • Have at least a Grade 12 qualification.
  • Tertiary studies in Business Management, will be advantageous.
