Description
_Job Responsibilities (but not limited):_
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
- Understand clients' needs and financials abilities
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
- Prepare necessary paperwork (Offer to purchase, fica documents, checklists etc)
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Promote sales through advertisements, property viewings and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
_Desired Experience & Qualification_
- Matriculation
- Agent must hold a FFC (fidelity fund certificate )
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Previous Commercial Property knowledge an advantage
- EEAB
- NQF Level 4 certificate added advantage
- Must have Own Vehicle
_Package & Remuneration_
- Commission Based. Small allowance towards petrol.
