At CallForce, we're looking for a seasoned Human Capital Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business outcomes. This includes collaborating with our Operations team to ensure our people initiatives yield the desired results, from employee engagement to employee satisfaction. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating payroll processes to mitigate potential financial losses.
