Hahn Collections is looking for a strong and motivated Debt Collection Team Leader to join our team.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Matric Certificate
  • Tertiary qualification or course is advantageous, but not required
  • 5 years of debt collection call center experience, 2 years of management experience in debt collection
  • Strong debt collecting skills with a proven track record
  • Microsoft office proficency and experience in reporting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Debt Collectors Act and POPIA
  • Assisting of new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame.
  • Complaint and escalation management
  • Client Interaction, where required
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • High School (matric) (required)
