    • Administer all documentation and paperwork pertaining to contractual obligations.
    • Administration including answering calls correspondence invoicing etc.
    • Operations Including site planning for teams.

    Duties & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Contracts Co Ordinator to join our team in North Cliff Johannesburg we require someone who has experience with administration operations and ordering of stock. The ideal candidate will have grade 12 computer literacy and previous site administration experience preferably in construction environment preferred however not essential qualifications include grade 12 computer literate previous site administration experience it would be advantageous if you have worked within a construction industry but not necessary duties responsibilities manage changes project scope schedule project costs detailed cost monitoring tracking each job liaise clients contracts department progress sites ensure deliverables fall within scope contract value oversee aspects set deadlines assign responsibilities monitor summarize progress projects dealing queries complaints from clients troubleshooting coordinating completion projects time budget scope preparing invoices jobs progress completed jobs handover documents upon completion projects comprehensive project documentation establish maintain relationships clients courtesy calls clients regarding progress various projects follow reports submitted estimating department travel bookings flights accommodation other administrative tasks given ulstyle=list=type/disc>/liaison with client contract coordiantor/deliverables companys expectation/docs handed over./liliunordered list
