    Job Title: Assistant Planner

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the Demand Planning team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Place orders with foreign suppliers via relevant systems, online portals, and email.
    2. Reconcile invoices and maintain purchase orders.
    3. Track shipments and communicate arrival dates to the team.
    4. Collate and send internal reports to the wider company.
    5. Manage retail administration for Chanel and NARS Boutiques.
    6. Analyze sell-through using necessary systems.
    7. Assist Demand Planners with ad-hoc duties and projects as required.
    8. Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
    9. Work in partnership with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations through regular communication.

    People Management:

    1. Manage your personal development through your Personal Development Plan (PDP). Request training and feedback on performance and strive to improve based on these interventions.
    2. Adhere to the company's values.
    3. Take personal responsibility for departmental issues and work collaboratively as a team.
    4. Communicate regularly with your line manager and make recommendations on improving efficiencies.

    Minimum Requirements:

    1. Micorosft Office (Working knowledge of Excel and Word).
    2. Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Supply Chain, Business, or related area.
    3. 2 years' experience in Supply Chain (if no related experience, a relevant bachelor's degree is required).
    4. Supply chain software knowledge is advantageous.
    5. Store Keeping/Procurement experience is beneficial.
