Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer you will be required for participating in the development and implementation of strategic business plans and the management of the whole Human Capital value chain.

Essential to this role is your solid international experience operating within a multinational. Sector experience gained from the chemical, manufacturing or mining sectors is essential. Due to our clients' Equity Plan, preference will be given to African females.

You will be tasked with driving strategic human capital imperatives relating to culture, coaching, performance management and alignment of all people practices.

This will be at organisational, functional and employee levels.

Accountable for executing a people strategy, direct training and development programmes as well as developing and implementing policies and programs most suitable to optimising business performance.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Requirements

NQF Level 7: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)

years of experience as a Human Resource Generalist at the Executive Management level

8 years of broad and progressive HR experience with a proven track record as a business partner
Extensive experience in project management, change management and consulting is essential
Strong International experience
Indepth knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements
Strong business acumen and proven learning agility
