We are seeking an experienced professional in Industrial Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Food Science/Technology with a strong background in staff management and quality control. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of managing teams and implementing quality management systems in laboratory and factory settings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise staff to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality products
• Develop and implement quality management systems to meet regulatory requirements and company standards
• Analyze data and troubleshoot issues to optimize production and minimize waste
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Food Science/Technology
• 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in quality management and staff supervision
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
