Duties include:


  • Spreadsheet management
  • HR duties
  • Payroll/Gusto
  • Trello navigation/management/organization
  • Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment
  • Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
  • Type periodic reports and other records
  • Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments
  • Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers
  • Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors
  • Proven clear thinker,
    well organized, level headed, solutionoriented, detailoriented
  • Selfstarter, efficient, productive, works well with a team
  • Comfortable talking on the phone, persistent and not willing to give up on the task at hand
  • Must be able to learn and use a wide variety of new online software/websites by watching videos and reading written instructions (i.e. teach yourself).

*Also you will be asked to do 2 pre-employment tests through the Predictive Index before you will be considered for an interview. Both portions most be complete. You will get the links AFTER you submit your CV.
If you don't complete the assessment tests you will not be considered.

Salary:
$1100/month


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Remote work

  • Must have own computer
  • Reliable UPS or Invertor back up, no down time
  • Reliable fast Wifi

Education:


  • Bachelor's or associate Degree(required)

Experience:


  • Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)

R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
