    F&I Sales Executive (Cross-Border) Role

    We are seeking a skilled Financial and Insurance Sales Executive to join our team in the Commercial/Heavy Vehicle Industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
    • Manage contracts on Xperteck platform.
    • Secure digital and hard copies of files.
    • Complete yearly training to stay up-to-date with regulatory changes.
    • Generate monthly reports for management.
    • Conduct sanction screening before invoicing.
    • Perform general administrative tasks.
    • Facilitate NATIS document processing for relevant banks.
    • Sign client contracts either on-site or remotely.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with sales teams regarding deal progress.
    • Build relationships with sales executives.
    • Provide support to sales executives.
    • Oversee finance processes from start to end with banks.
    • Dispatch POP notifications to accounts and sales teams upon payment receipt.
    • Allocate daily banking transactions.
    • Request settlements from clients and distribute them once received.
    • Attend required meetings as needed.
    • Obtain deposits from clients on behalf of sales teams.
    • Draft letters of undertaking for bank payments.
    • Address customer queries, provide assistance, and handle requests.
    • Compose approval letters for clients (bank or in-house finance).
    • Prioritize contracts for in-house clients.
    • Verify and review bank-provided contracts.
    • Upload files to shared drives.
    • Request DIC invoices from invoice clerks.
    • Exchange application documents with clients, review them, and request outstanding information.
    • Regularly follow up with banks for feedback.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in English and Afrikaans (reading and writing).

    Technical Skills

    • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.

    Additional Requirements

    • Valid passport.
    • Willingness to travel across borders.

    Remuneration Package

    R 20,000 - R 30,000 per month, plus additional benefits including cell phone allowance, medical aid allowance, fuel and travel allowance, and provident fund.
