    Job Description:

    A Cloud Support Engineer in the Data in Transit domain will work with customers using AWS services for ETL workloads and large data analysis. This role involves supporting a variety of services, including Glue, Athena, and Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts to create pipelines that extract and ingest data into data lakes or warehouses with simple to medium complexity transformations.
    2. Troubleshooting ETL job issues.
    3. Familiarity with Linux and networking concepts.
    4. Excellent oral and written communication skills with multi-tasking abilities.

    Requirements:
    - 2-4 years of experience in a technical position.
    - Master's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
    - OR Bachelor's degree in the same with 1+ year of experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
