- A relevant qualification in Education, training, or a related field on NQF 6 and higher
- Assessor and Moderator certification for NVC(New Venture Creation) qualification on NQF Level 2 and NQF Level 4
- Assessor and Moderator certification for Generic Management Qualification on NQF Level 4 and NQF Level 5
- Proven experience in facilitating and assessing skills programmes and learnerships
- Strong knowledge of the National Qualification Framework (NQF)
- Familiarity with relevant legislative and quality assurance requirements
- Own car and a drivers license
- Travel will be required based on various projects
