    As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest levels of service quality.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Client Services: Adhere to client service procedures, including maturities, policy contracts, loan applications, cancellations, amendments, financial and general enquiries.
    • Update client personal details and maintain accurate records.
    • Provide expert advice on products and services, ensuring transparency and fairness (TCF).
    • Inform clients of changes to their policies and ensure timely updates.
    • Liaise with relevant departments to resolve client queries and maintain business retention rates.
    • Handle all complaints and enquiries in a professional manner.

    Additional Tasks:

    • Administrate claims, verifying documents and submitting them to Head Office as required.
    • Assist clients with claim form completion and ensure timely submission.
    • Advise clients on cancellation options, proposing alternatives to retain policies.
    • Manage mail and fax, prepare statistical reports, and assist with data capture.
    • Maintain up-to-date record systems and file documentation according to legislative requirements.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Matric certification.
    • Recognized qualification from the FSCA (e.g., RE 5, Registration as an Employee Representative).
    • At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on client services.

    Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
