    Job Title: Service Centre Administrator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prominent customer interaction to ensure accurate transaction processing and administration of cellular, credit, and lay-by offerings.
    • Meet set targets through individual achievements.
    • Manage cellular and credit administration effectively.
    • Process transactions and handle cash-ups efficiently.
    • Demonstrate self-management and teamwork skills.
    • Maintain security and housekeeping standards.
    • Provide reception and switchboard services.

    Desired Qualifications & Experience:

    • Matured education (Matric)
    • Practical experience working with money.
    • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
    • Customer-centric approach.
    • Proven experience in financial and administrative roles.
    • SAP proficiency advantageous.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
    • Cellular and credit vetting expertise.
    • Familiarity with company policies, practices, processes, and systems.
    • Unwavering integrity.
    • Strong customer focus.
