    Financial Executive Assistant - A Key Position in Our Hospitality Company.

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Executive Assistant to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO & Group Finance Manager, this role plays a vital part in the financial success of our leading hospitality company.

    Duties:

    • Financial Tasks: Assist with financial administration tasks such as processing tax payments, preparing financial statements, and overseeing client accounts when required.
    • Basic Bookkeeping Requirements: Provide support for the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping practices.
    • Administrative Tasks: Offer administrative support to the CEO and other senior management team members, including booking travel and accommodation, filing expenses, and formatting documents.
    • Communication: Maintain records and documents for Special Projects & Reporting as required by the CEO.
    • Report Preparation: Prepare or assist in preparing financial or administrative reports.
    • Data Management: Compile and manage sales, marketing, and financial information databases & reports as needed by the CEO.
    • Information Intelligence: Assist in the development and maintenance of information intelligence over all aspects of the business.

    Requirements:

    • Microsoft Office: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Advanced Excel Knowledge: Essential for success in this role.
    • Accounting Software: Experience with Pastel / ACCPAC / Sage or similar accounting software packages.
    • CRM & PMS Systems: Knowledge of CRM & Hospitality Reservations / PMS systems would be beneficial.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric Minimum: Required qualification.
    • Hospitality Industry Experience: 2-3 years' experience in the hospitality industry is crucial for understanding the business.
    • Financial Accounting Experience: 3 years minimum experience in financial accounting and management accounting.
    • Tertiary Education: Tertiary education would be advantageous.

    Benefits:

    • 5% Provident Fund: Contributed annually.

    Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum.
