    Description

    Business Development Executive for Printing Solutions

    This is a key role that involves developing and maintaining business relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and increase revenue.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Must have at least 10 years of sales and business development experience in the document solutions or printing industry.
    • Identify and establish contact with key decision-makers within organizations responsible for procurement of production printing solutions.
    • Schedule regular meetings and appointments with new and potential clients.
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including administration, directors, management, technical teams, pre-sales consultants, and project managers, to ensure customer expectations are met and satisfaction levels are maintained.
    • Build strong personal relationships with customers through professional interactions and managed entertainment activities.
    • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
    • Introduce new products and solutions to customers on an ongoing basis.
    • Inform customers about the latest technological advancements.
    • Offer expert advice to customers based on their needs.
    • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable equipment to meet those needs.
    • Respond promptly to any customer concerns or issues.
    • Follow up and resolve customer queries efficiently.
    • Identify and develop opportunities for new potential customers in the production printing sector.

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven track record of sales and business development in the printing industry.
    • Strong understanding of production printing solutions and technologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Results-driven approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
    • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity in the printing industry.
