Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join their team.

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production process.

You will be responsible for managing a team of production workers, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production targets. If you are a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure they meet performance standards and goals.
Production Management:
Monitor production processes to ensure they are running efficiently and meeting quality standards.
Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
Adjust production schedules as needed to meet customer demand.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that products meet quality specifications and are produced according to established procedures and standards.
Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to prevent defects and maintain product consistency.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure materials and supplies are readily available for production.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, quality records, and performance metrics.
Generate reports for management to track production performance and make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Food Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience in maintenance management within the food manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of meat, fish, poultry, bakery, and dairy production processes.
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
Proficiency in using computer software and production management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
