    Job Overview

    As a Housekeeping Supervisor with the Radisson Hotel Group, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of housekeeping. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring that high standards are met and guest satisfaction is consistently achieved.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the smooth operation of the housekeeping department, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
    • Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Develop and implement plans to achieve housekeeping initiatives and hotel targets.
    • Supervise and mentor the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance.
    • Ensure cost control, inventory management, and productivity levels are maintained.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
    • Take ownership of departmental programs that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.

    Requirements
    • Experience in housekeeping, with a strong supervisory and managerial background.
    • Ability to lead by example, with a hands-on approach and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT systems.
