    Responsibilities:

    1. Handle incoming leads via phone, email, and CRM systems, developing a robust network through consistent engagement with clients.
    2. Utilize proven sales methodologies to guide clients smoothly from offer to purchase and transfer, maintaining accurate CRM records.
    3. Provide expert advice on market trends, investment returns, and rental yields, helping property owners maximize their investments.
    4. Offer input on pricing, product design, and competitor analysis during project planning phases, handling client processes like customisation, handovers, and query resolution.

    About You:

    We are looking for an individual with over 5 years of expertise in high-value property sales or financial/investment advisory roles. The ideal candidate will have consistently exceeded sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach.

    The successful candidate will be proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce.com and advanced Excel for investment analysis. A strong understanding of the Cape Town property market, particularly the Atlantic Seaboard and CBD, is essential.
