Caterlink SA is a catering product wholesale company.

We are looking for an focused, diligent & organized person to assist with admin.


Admin Assistant Responsibilities include:

  • Processing GRV's (Goods recieving voucher)
  • General Admin
  • Process customer orders
  • Assistant to the Procurement Director
  • Assist with creating purchase orders
& more.

We are looking for someone to start in January 2023.

Salary will be dependent on your experience.


Requirements:


  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Two years office admin experience, essential
  • Certified copy of SA ID
  • Focused, diligent and organized
  • High organizational skills and ability to keep track and complete tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, able to work well with people
  • Ability to work a variety of admin skills in a responsible manner
  • Computer literate

Experience:

Office Admin: 2 years (required)


Language:


  • English Fluently (required)
