Caterlink SA is a catering product wholesale company.We are looking for an focused, diligent & organized person to assist with admin.
Admin Assistant Responsibilities include:
- Processing GRV's (Goods recieving voucher)
- General Admin
- Process customer orders
- Assistant to the Procurement Director
- Assist with creating purchase orders
We are looking for someone to start in January 2023.
Salary will be dependent on your experience.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Two years office admin experience, essential
- Certified copy of SA ID
- Focused, diligent and organized
- High organizational skills and ability to keep track and complete tasks
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills, able to work well with people
- Ability to work a variety of admin skills in a responsible manner
- Computer literate
Experience:
Office Admin: 2 years (required)
Language:
- English Fluently (required)
