We are looking for a new colleague **at our location in Johannesburg (Germiston) to lead the Aftermarket for the Sub Region

Southern Africa
.

Your main tasks:

- _Drive the sub-region to achieve or exceed ZF Aftermarket strategic, commercial and operational goals and targets_
- _Develop the national leadership team ensuring team cohesion and collaboration across all national & regional functions and locations to achieve or exceed the targets _
- _D_esign and implement customer and product specific strategies for national accounts, in collaboration with Business Lines _
- _Ensure effective customer coverage and efficient usage of resources across all Business Lines and functions in the Sub-Region_
- _Design, implement and monitor the best performance measurements enabling financial and commercial performance in line with Plan as well as risk anticipation and mitigation _
- _Drive successful delivery of key projects in the sub-region, incl. structural adjustments, synergy creation and business transformati_on

Your profile:

Degree in business or related field.
Experience as a managing director or in a similar role.
Deep understanding of Aftermarket business across all segments
Proven ability to lead in a complex matrix organization
Strong relationship management and influencing skills
Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
Able to excel in highpressure situations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
