Switch Telecom is looking for a competent Operations Team Leader that will perform the following duties:- Overseeing and managing the onboarding and sales cycle of all potential and existing clients in order to ensure maximum revenue growth.
- Develop, implement, and manage operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance and implement improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to personnel, resellers and clients.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Manage the daytoday operations of the team.
- Maintain records of operational activities.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals and assist the team in achieving set goals.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Motivate team members.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Recognise high performance and report to senior management when appropriate.
- Handle client escalations and investigate client cancellations during the onboarding process.
- Ensure the integrity of the data at all times.
- Liaise with fellow team leads and colleagues to ensure the successful rollouts of larger sign up projects.
Pay:
R25 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
Experience:
Client Care: 5 years (required)
- CRM: 5 years (required)
- Telecommunication: 1 year (preferred)
- Managing a Team: 4 years (preferred)
Location:
- Gauteng, Gauteng (preferred)
