Switch Telecom is looking for a competent Operations Team Leader that will perform the following duties:

Overseeing and managing the onboarding and sales cycle of all potential and existing clients in order to ensure maximum revenue growth.
Develop, implement, and manage operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance and implement improvements.
Provide guidance and support to personnel, resellers and clients.
Monitor and manage inventory levels.
Develop and implement policies and procedures.
Manage the daytoday operations of the team.
Maintain records of operational activities.
Analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear team goals and assist the team in achieving set goals.
Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Motivate team members.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Recognise high performance and report to senior management when appropriate.
Handle client escalations and investigate client cancellations during the onboarding process.
Ensure the integrity of the data at all times.
Liaise with fellow team leads and colleagues to ensure the successful rollouts of larger sign up projects.
