- Ensure execution
- Data integrity
- Quotes followed up
- Rejections
- Lead management
- Reporting
- Staff oversight
- Oversee staff reporting, individual sales plan (webforms)
CRM
- General CRM oversight
- Execution of CRM strategy
- Lead on CRM/Bitrix
- Quotes (KUDU)
- Client requests (KUDU)
- Client communication (KUDU)
- General KUDU execution

CSI plan execution and action - Ensure a professional level of interaction at all times
- Reporting
- Client communication (project/sales) (oversight)
Tele:

- Open door for reps
