JOB TITLE
Internal Sales


MAIN PURPOSE
Customer/Client Support/Sales


LOCATION
Johannesburg - Isando


RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Tasks:

  • Answering telephones queries and orders
  • Telephonic customer support
  • Counter sales/ service sales and queries
  • Finance: Payment from clints, invoicing (KERRIGE/SAP SYSTEM), credit notes
  • Quotation to clients


  • Telesales

  • Existing customer biweekly followup and new clients, identifying and pursuing opportunities in the market, promoting its company's products to clients
  • Support sales reps quotations, pricing, customer credit information
  • Assist sales reps with test certificates
  • Assist sales reps with quotations to customers
  • General admin function
  • Quotation on spares
  • Confirming payments and assisting debtors with cash accounts and debtors accounts
  • Processing sales orders
  • Daily backorder checks and follow ups
  • Inter branch transfers
  • Assisting walk in customers
  • Assisting debtors with accounts and queries
  • Invoicing from time to time
  • Assisting stores from time to time
  • Any other duties that may raise from time to time
  • Import / Export / Transport documentations
  • Packaging lists for Africa customers

Salary:
R13, R15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Isando, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
