Description
Attending to walk-in customers- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- General administration duties (including but not limited to):
- Attending to orders and sales
- Accepting deliveries and organising couriers
- Ensure all queries have been attended to by the end of the work day
- Capturing Customer payments and refunds/credits
- Stock take and ensuring stock levels are correct
Applicants should meet the following Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a retail background
- advantageous
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Fully computer literate
- Well presented
- Customer service driven
- An eye for detail and style
- Honest and diligent with a strong work ethic
- Independent worker with a willingness to learn
