Description
Attending to walk-in customers

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • General administration duties (including but not limited to):
  • Attending to orders and sales
  • Accepting deliveries and organising couriers
  • Ensure all queries have been attended to by the end of the work day
  • Capturing Customer payments and refunds/credits
  • Stock take and ensuring stock levels are correct

Applicants should meet the following Requirements**:

  • Previous experience in a retail background
  • advantageous
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Fully computer literate
  • Well presented
  • Customer service driven
  • An eye for detail and style
  • Honest and diligent with a strong work ethic
  • Independent worker with a willingness to learn
