Job Description:
The employee will be responsible for:_
- Work in conjunction with Site Supervisor on site to ensure successful execution of all civil related works for building works to commence thereafter.
- Ensuring that the sequence of activities on site is best to achieve the earliest completion date.
- Monitor program of works.
- Planning, executing, and managing all civil works ensuring that civil services get done on time and within budget.
- Manage and record all hired plants, goods, and equipment efficiently and accurately.
- H&S Responsibilities as per company policies
Job Requirements:_
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Civil Construction.
- Must have a valid driver's license with PDP.
- Must be medically fit.
- Must have knowledge of construction methods.
- Must be able to do basic survey (Setting out and putup levels).
- Must be able to interpret drawings and compile a material list.
- Reside near Parow Industria
- South African Citizenship

R74,19 per hour
