Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

Manage and control timing of repairs

Ensure all workshop practices that are technical and admin/technical are correctly and accurately performed, measured, supported and controlled

Identify and make available all necessary technical information to improve quality and effectiveness of repair

Manage Technical Skills ability and outcome

Auditing and Risk Management - Basic audit checks on job cards to verify standards of technician reporting, clocking and scope of work conducted

Execution of the 4-eye principal to justify repairs and additional repairs

Auditing diagnostic reports attached to specific repairs

Work environment and equipment maintenance

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety disciplines

Manage technicians efficiency and productivity and track performance on a daily basis

Attend weekly/daily service meetings

General Management and decision making

Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with Maths and Science
Management experience or aptitude
Diagnostic and administrative knowledge
Driver's License
