Job Description:

Sales and Revenue Growth

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling products or services.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through excellent customer service and support, resolving complaints and issues promptly.

Prospecting and Lead Generation

Research and identify potential customers, generating leads through cold calling, emailing, or networking, and qualifying them to convert into sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products or services, staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

Communication and Negotiation

Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, negotiating prices, terms, and conditions to close sales.

Sales Administration

Maintain accurate records, process sales orders, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Collaboration and Teamwork

Work collaboratively with all sales teams, marketing, and other departments to achieve sales goals, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Continuous Improvement

Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes, staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques.

Quotation and Order Management

Prepare and send quotations to customers, managing orders from processing to tracking and fulfilment, keeping the customer informed of progress.

Requirements:

Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 2 years sales-related experience.
Technical qualification and proficiency in Excel and MS Word.
Bilingual language skills.

Additional Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Trustworthiness, diligence, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Familiarity with basic principles of mathematics and science.
Attention to detail and high levels of work ethics.
