    Your Role

    You'll lead the Sales team as a dynamic leader, responsible for the team's success at Boldr. You'll demonstrate how we serve as trusted advisors to our prospects, guiding your team throughout the buying process from initial evaluation to close. You'll set bold yet achievable goals and provide monthly forecasting reports to track progress toward targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    Boldr Brand Ambassador:

    • You'll develop a deep understanding of Boldr Economics, Impact, and our mission to create opportunity for everyone.
    • You'll become an expert in our evolving service offerings and understand their nuances to effectively support prospects.
    • You'll assess each prospect's use case and customize your presentation accordingly, considering company size, industry, and desired customer experience.
    • You'll deliver exceptional client experiences with a positive attitude, spending most of your time positioning the value of our services through consultations via email and video calls.
    • You'll be highly responsive to client requests, prioritizing competing priorities effectively and exuding client satisfaction.
    • You'll proactively report learnings and valuable feedback to the service team to improve the offering and prioritize projects.

    Leadership:

    • You'll achieve sales growth and hit targets by successfully managing the Sales team and providing timely and accurate forecasts and revenue performance visibility.
    • You'll design and implement a strategic business plan to expand conversion rates on marketing leads, including pipeline management and AE assignment.
    • You'll own recruiting, objective-setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Account Executives.
    • You'll have a strong interest in learning new ideas, processes, and unique requirements and share them within the organization.
    • You'll identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans to fill them.
    • You'll ensure company quotas are met through daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
    • You'll manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

    • Open to traveling up to 40% of the time to connect with clients and build our book of business.
    • Expert at creating presentations, complex sheets, and well-formatted documents.

    YOU HAVE...

    • A BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
    • Demonstrable success as a sales representative (4+ yrs) and sales manager (1-2 yrs) consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
