    Description
    Role: Bookkeeper
    Location: Hermanus, Western Cape
    Salary: TBC

    Responsibilities:
    • Utilize IQ retail software and Pastel for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping
    • Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments
    • Handle creditor's and debtors' responsibilities, including invoice processing and payment tracking
    • Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports
    • Collaborate with the owner to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
    • Proficiency in using IQ retail software and Pastel
    • Strong understanding of payroll processes
    • Knowledge of creditors and debtors management
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles
    • Effective communication skills
    Requirements:
    • Accounting Diploma, Finance, or similar
    • Certification in bookkeeping or relevant experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
