As an HR administrator you will be the first port of call to employees and external partners for all HR related queries.

Assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessary.

Role and responsibilities:_

  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Updating databases internally, such as leave balances, absenteeism and other
  • Preparing and amending HR documents where necessary, i.e. recruitment guides
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance with guidance from group legal
  • Communicating with external partners
  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
  • Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
  • Monthly reporting

Educational Qualifications:_

Human Resources degree, diploma or equivalent

Skills and Competencies:_

  • Being highly organised and detail orientated
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, as you will work with various people across the whole business.
  • Sound understanding of labour law guidance available from legal
  • Computer literate with programmes such as word, excel, etc.
  • Good understanding of labour laws
