- Min 5 years' Dealer Principal experience.
- Product and Brand Knowledge – Iveco, FAW, Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi, Kalmar, Astra, Liebherr, CIMC.
- Sound understanding of sales, service, and parts.
- Sound knowledge of Manufacturer and Distributor requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure.

The Dealer Principal will be responsible for the availability of vehicle and parts, meeting and setting budget objectives as well as staff Management.
The Dealer Principal must be experienced in reviewing pricing policies, developing and driving sales discounts, fleet discounts, conduct parts pricing, and work out labour rates and costs.
