Description

Lead rewards strategy and policy development in BPO and call centre sectors. Design, maintain and update Compensation & Benefits policies. Partner with Global Rewards team to develop dashboards and analysis of compensation and benefits metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain Compensation & Benefits policies and communicate effectively to employees.
Partner with Global Rewards team to develop dashboards and analysis of compensation and benefits metrics.
Collaborate with finance team on budgeting and pricing of jobs.
Manage data processes and resolve data errors.
Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses of compensation data.
Investigate and resolve escalated employee issues related to compensation and benefits.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years and maximum 20 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits role.

Desired Experience:
Proven experience leading compensation and benefits programs.
Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Ability to design and implement effective communication strategies.
Experience in managing data processes and working with shared HR services.

The annual salary for this position is competitive, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.

This position is based in Cape Town, South Africa.
