    Job Summary

    The Retention Team Lead will oversee the development and implementation of customer retention strategies, driving revenue growth and business loyalty.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the retention team in executing a strategic business plan to increase customer loyalty and retention.
    • Develop and maintain data-led retention tactics to drive business outcomes.
    • Implement quality improvement programs and offboarding processes to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Produce regular reports on program performance for sales managers and EXCO review.
    • Promote productivity and quality targets through engagement with new features and product launches.

    About You:

    • Degree/Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Operations).
    • Proven experience in retentions, sales operations, customer experience, customer support, and consumer marketing.
    • Strong knowledge of churn reduction tactics, acquisition and re-contracting campaigns, data analysis, and vendor management.
